    I Have Been Blessed.....
                I was a volunteer [Habitat for Humanity] sheathing a roof when I fell through an
                opening. A worker, coming through the front door, saw me falling and rushed to
                catch me, thereby drastically reducing my impact, thus saving my life.

    I Was Blessed Again.....
               When it came time for rehab, Shepherd Center [Atlanta, Ga] was recommended.
               After reviewing all medical records, we were advised of our acceptance. We soon          
               learned that Shepherd Center is the preeminent spinal cord injury rehab hospital
               in America.

    I Was Blessed Again.....
               Completing my 12 weeks at Shepherd,  the staff recommended I locate a gym that
               accommodates victims of spinal cord injury. A neighbor [paraplegic] suggested
               Neuroxcel. I toured the facility and was extremely impressed with the equipment,
               which in some instances was superior to that of Shepherd Center, i.e. later models,
               more automated and able to track ones progress over time. The staff is highly
               professional, all are certified exercise physiologists and are enrolled in advanced
               degree programs.
