"My spinal injury is due to a car accident 6 years ago. I had my surgery at Jackson Memorial in Miami. After I recovered, I was transfered to their inpatient facility for 4 weeks. They recommended I continue my rehab at St. Mary's Outpatient Facility. I was there for one year and moved even closer to my home and started at Jupiter Outpatient Health and Wellness. I stayed there for 4 years.
